Glorianna Skincare aim is to provide skin care and accessories products that are of a very high quality at competitive prices. At the same time bringing the best service possible. The service is provided to you subject to the following terms and conditions. By using the site, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.The language use on this web site is only English.
Prices
The price of any product available from Glorianna Skincare is inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rate and is exclusive of the delivery charge. The total cost of the products is the price of the products ordered and any delivery charges. Glorianna Skincare reserves the right to vary the prices of the products over time depending on the exchange rate at the time it orders the products from its suppliers.
Products
All reasonable steps will be taken to ensure that the details of prices, images, and descriptions of products given are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the web site. However, to the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colours or other contents available on the Site are to date complete, accurate, reliable, or free of any mistakes. Although every effort is made to ensure that the Web Site is up to date, the information on products description at a particular time may not always reflect the product exactly at the moment you make an order. As mentioned under Prices, the prices of the products may vary over time depending on the exchange rate at the time the business orders the products from the supplier. As Glorianna Skincare already sells the items available very competitively the customers of the site are not allowed to resell them as they are only intended for personal use. The business therefore reserve the right with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any orders that we believe, in our sole discretion breaches our Terms and Conditions.
Making an order
You will be guided through the order processing and be offered the opportunity to review, confirm or correct it before finally submitting your order. Once the order has been submitted with Glorianna Skincare you will be automatically sent an acknowledgement email through Google’s safe and secure Checkout. After your order has been processed by Google’s safe and secure Checkout, Glorianna Skincare will asked Google Checkout to send you an email confirming shipment of your order. This completes the contract between you and Glorianna Skincare.
If you wish to make a Cancellation of your order after it has been posted to you, you will need to contact the business by email and follow the Shipping and Returns. Where to send the return order in found under Contact.

This business may not accept an order if an item is out of stock, there is an error in the price on the site, the business is unable to obtain authorisation of payment, it suspects any fraudulent activity or if there is violation of these Terms and Conditions.
If you have made an order and the business cannot supply the goods for reasons beyond its control, you will receive an email stating this. However Glorianna Skincare may ask you to allow for a period of up to fifteen (15) days to supply the products and or suggest an alternative. After such period you may contact the business and cancelled any item that you have not received.
Payment
Payment for the price of goods is due in pounds sterling
Until the business has received approved funds, no payment is considered as been accepted. Through Google Checkout Gloriannaskincare.co.uk accepts major debit or credit cards including Visa, Master Card, UK maestro, and Solo.
All credit and debit cardholders are subject to a buyer’s credit verification and covered by a payment guarantee. If the issuer of your debit or credit card refuses or does not, for any reason, authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of items.
The business remains the legal owner of products until payment has been authorised and received by the business. If you are refunded for any products Legal ownership will also be that of the business. None the less the risk will pass to you at the time the product is delivery to you.
Acceptance of Goods
On receiving your order, you are expected to check that the order has been received in good order. The business assumes that you have accepted the order unless you inform it that the order has been cancelled or that you have return the goods in accordance with the Shipping and Returns Policy and Procedure. If none of the above has taken place within a reasonable time, Glorianna Skincare will not be obligated to accept any rejection of the goods at a later time deem unreasonable. Your statutory rights are not affected.

All of the contents on the Site, including, but not limited to any text, images, logo, button icons, data, and software, is the property of Glorianna Skincare.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order if it has not been processed at no charge to you. However if you need to cancel your order and it has already been sent to you, you will have to arrange to send the products back in an unused condition and you will be refunded minus any handling charges and delivery costs you incurred. If the products you ordered are accessories you may not return these products due to health and safety. As such you should be sure of accessories you ordered.
In addition to this, if you are not satisfied with the products and you can give a good reason, return it to the business stating the reason within 14 days for a refund or exchange. The reasons must be valid and not what is seen by the business as an opportunity to exploit the business. See Shipping and Returns on how to return your order.
Account Handling
Any personal information that you are required to provide must be accurate, true, and up to date in order to ensure correct processing. If this information changes you must ensure that it is current to complete a purchase or you can update the account through the Google facilities available in “Google Account” in the checkout.
It is your personal responsibility to ensure confidentiality of your account at all times taking all reasonable steps to prevent access or use of your pass word by a third party. If you cannot access your account Google will reset it for you and forward it to the email address you specified. You may cancel your account at any time.
Privacy Policy
Glorianna.co.uk will not divulge any information we receive from our customers to anyone. We will not rent, sell or give any information held on you to another business or anyone. Information we receive includes your name, address, telephone and email and this information is used to ensure your order is processed or for the business to contact you. Glorianna Skincare does not have access to your debit/credit card details. All orders are processed through Google safe and secure Checkout and ensure that your sensitive information cannot be decoded or intercepted.
On our website you may order products, make inquires, send the business an email or order products and have them sent to another person. If you order a product and asked for it to be sent to another person, you must submit the necessary information for that individual so that the order can be sent to the correct address. Any information about that person you are ordering for is not shared except for shipping and delivery.
If you have a complaint about the web site or any products you received you may use the facility available to contacting us.
We reserve the right to review and update this privacy policy without notifying you. If this occurs the revised version will be here on the site and therefore you are advised to periodically review these terms and conditions
Shipping and Returns
The business normally only accept orders on line. Your order will be dispatch within 24 hours except for Sundays and Bank holidays where it will be dispatched on the first working day of the week. All orders are packed such as to ensure that the customer receives them in a safe condition.
You can expect your delivery normally within 2-4 working days for a standard rate of £3.99. Orders are only shipped to mainland UK addresses at present.
All deliveries timescales are also subject to availability as most of the products are sourced from across the globe. Orders are normally shipped 1st. class to you. If no one is at the delivery address and the parcel is too big to fit into the letterbox, the post office will leave a calling card at the property. You can then contact the local sorting office to either arrange a second delivery or collection.
Missing Parcels
If the delivery is not done within 14-15 working days of it being dispatched the business will refund or replace orders that have not had an attempted delivery.
You will receive an email message of the date of order confirmation.
If an unclaimed parcel is returned to us glorianna.co.uk will be happy to re-dispatch the order provided you pay a second payment for the delivery.
By using the site you have agree that the terms and conditions form an agreement between us in regards to you using or purchasing on the Site. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time on the Site. Any changes made will be with immediate effect upon posting them on the Web Site.
